Right to education act updated.

Rajasthan government had updated the right to education act on 28 march 2016.The new condition is added in this only people who have BPL card ,can apply in private schools for 25% of reserved seats.besides of this some other concessions are indicating that the cast reservation is getting hyper on the law of education. The students of St,Sc can also take addmission through this act if their parent's salary is 2.5 lac per annum.from this dicision of government about 3.5 lac students are unable to get education because their parent's annual salary is under or upto 2.5 lacs but they do not belongs to any reserved cast and they also do not have any BPL card.

Right to education act was came in 2010,april.it is an act for education system,policies and basic needs of educations.initially it was a boom for poors that they can see a dream of proper education for their children but from this mind of sensation.it seems difficult now to fulfil their dreams.

Moreover education is a platform where a child can inhence his mentality and can grown up by his imaginations.Some rules make this possibly stronger and some make them a business. A business of political minds to grow their votes and cast.castism is a major issue of india..you see many minds have many plans to increase their roots of cast.recently the major JAT MOMENT disturbed the whole nation.majorly it was in Haryana state but it effected all the community.many shops,public transportation and schools were burned.

See the is issue is same..government is taking actions in favour of a community which has rights of reservation and the community is destroying the government as well.it seems like a stubborn child,who is very naughty and wants to get everything what he needs or some times actually don't need and government is like a extra conscious mother who is eager to fulfil child's demands.Government should think over castism,it should think for nation..natives...doesn't matter  which class he is coming from.

Is this change necessary??

Now a days we usually see on news channels ...the news about high profile crimes.how they appear..how parents take them easygoing. why the custom and law is unable to stop such a ruined future of juveniles. recently...DELHI HIT AND RUN CASE is in news flash.A juvenile was driving a car and he hit a young man(boy).police arrested him for some time n release... what he ll learn from all this..that our law is weak and can be purchased by money..as his father is a rich man...he ll handover all this matter to police and the police ll shut the case.

I saw on news.a candle march for that guy..sidharth..a news channel was also taking interview of victim's sister and father.they said that only with the effort of media we can get the justice.you see what comes out from this that today money is the center of all crimes.people kill someone for money,they kidnap somneone for money...they do crime...and wow...money save them..👍.isn't it a bit funny...but this is reality.On other hand we can say that extra luxuries ,comforts,greeds,family issues are making today's youth idol.They want to have all show offs  in their pokets but they can not match them with their experience and age as well.

Oh..have u listened about girls..they are drinking.. ofcourse you...see girls do drink but like this...i mean...they are losing their control on their bodies...they don't know how they are pretending in public places...well i am also a girl..but would not like to see other girls to behave like this..many mouths ll say that i am againest the liberty of girls.. but believe me it is not all about freedom..it is not about their attitude... it is not about how their father earn..and how they spend...it is not about from which culture and family they comes..it is just about what they are presenting.individually they are nothing...once you must think over this...just once.

Is the race of modern culture...can change the indian roots inside you..is that was right to hit someone and run.are these our values...i am not saying that the juvenile is totally guilty..may be he scared and run.may be he wanted to do help..but can't because of fear of catching. but facts are really showing..that he was only juvenile by age not by dare and mind..
